July Energy Report 2024

Key Dates –

21st - Full moon in Capricorn – Letting go of self-limiting beliefs. Reaching for the stars.

July is a high vibrational month bringing positivity and heart-based thoughts and actions.

If, like me, you have found the last few months challenging, July may be a welcome change. I feel like I have been confronted with each of my deepest fears since March. Although it has been tough going, I know I have grown and healed a huge amount in this time. When we work through challenges it is an intense period of transformation. It is hard to see positive changes until we get to the other side. Life challenges improve our self-belief and self-confidence. They boost our courage. They make us realise how capable we are. We may feel stuck at times, but in reality we are always moving and evolving, gathering new skills along the way.

July gives us the opportunity to let go of self-doubt, bask in self-love and feel good about ourselves. The first half of the month may be more reflective and heartfelt, while the second half feels more playful, encouraging us to actively seek out pleasure.

This is a wonderful month to embrace our feminine side. We can resolve issues more easily when love and compassion are in the forefront of our mind and heart. We may feel more sensitive than usual. It is wise to embrace that sensitivity and take note of our feelings. Our emotions are like a map for truth. The truth is always forcing its way to the surface. We are aware of its presence but spend much of our energy trying to bury it. Often things are just too hard to face. In this lighter energy it is easier for truth to bubble to the surface. No matter what truth you are facing, remember that truth is always positive. It has always been there, and now you can do something about it. Allow truth to empower you this month.

We can expect new information and support to flow. As the veil of illusion is lifted, we are gifted with new answers and the ability to view things in a different way. It is exciting to learn new things. There is so much out there for us to discover. It will help to remain open to new opportunities and try to say “yes” whenever possible.

We may find decisions leading us towards more freedom in our lives. This is a gradual process where the results may not be obvious for some time. However, the steps we put in place now will be beneficial in the future. This not only benefits ourselves, but our children and future generations.

Make a point of reflecting on your growth from the beginning of the year. July may look very different to January. Time is moving us along at a tremendous pace and we can feel as though we are scattered and haven’t had chance to catch up. Giving ourselves time for reflection can help us to reconnect and bring everything into alignment again.

We are expanding our beliefs, our thoughts and our creativity. It is a great time to set big intentions to create exciting goals. There are no limits to what we can create especially when we connect with others.

Take this opportunity to connect with joy. Relish what is good in your life and let your heart lead the way.
