There’s some feisty energy around this month to keep us on our toes. It may rock the boat a little, but the biggest waves can be the most fun. The energy is fast-paced, but we have the choice to slow it down if we prefer. By tuning into patience and keeping a calm centred interior we can find the path of least resistance and enjoy the ride.

The beautiful energy of Lion’s Gate started on 26th July and reaches its peak on the 8th August before diminishing until the 12th August. Our spiritual sun, Sirius, aligns with our physical sun to bring high frequency light codes flooding through and activating our DNA to remember our soul wisdom. This energy enhances our intuition, inspires our creativity, and opens our energy centres. It is an opportunity to bask in loving vibrations and heal our hearts. We are being pushed to make changes that support our authenticity and unite us in peace. The Lion’s Gate energy of 2024 has a more dynamic feel to it than in recent years. While this energy directs us to find more freedom in our lives, there is an insistent quality to it that wants us to pay attention.

Liberation is strong theme this month and for the rest of the year. It motivates our long-term quest for peace. We may find ourselves challenging rules and authority (parents be aware!). Peace might be the goal, but we may have to ruffle some feathers to get there. Liberation within our own self-healing may question our personal stories that keep us from spreading our wings. We use these stories like a security blanket. They fit in with many aspects of our thoughts and help us to make sense of our feelings and behaviour. It is this formulated view of our world that can prevent us moving forward with our plans. The security blanket can become so comfortable it is smothering. Our personal stories can manifest as veiled excuses. We are dissolving them to liberate our authentic selves.

The Lion’s Gate energies trigger the need for truth and the momentum continues to perpetuate. While it can be challenging to hear the truth it also offers relief. Our world shifts and takes on new meaning. The pieces of the puzzle that didn’t fit anywhere find their place and we can see things from a different perspective. The effect is like cracking a code to unlock a door. The light comes flooding in and illuminates the darkest of corners.  If we stay out of fear and remain in the frequencies of love and trust, we can explore all the opportunities we were not able to see before. There are exciting discoveries to make.

Liberation and truth are an empowering combination. We need to be careful not to let it go to our head. Left unchecked it can become rebellious and careless. The feelings of others can become unimportant if we focus purely on what we want. This energy can challenge relationships. There is plenty of heart energy flowing through to balance out the feisty single mindedness we may experience. Used wisely it will help us tap into love and compassion to reach harmonious solutions.

August energy wants to propel us forward and take leaps towards goals. It activates our confidence inspiring us to try new things. We may feel like we are being pushed too hard and try and hold back. This can cause us confusion. Don’t let the fast pace trip you up. Take a step back to view the direction you are heading in and let your intuition guide the way.

Balance out dynamic intention with heartfelt compassion to enjoy the gifts this energy is bringing through. A good sense of humour will keep fun flowing.

Lemon quartz and rainbow fluorite will assist in integrating these frequencies and lighten the intensity.
