2024 surrounds us with potential, passion, energy, and life. It opens us up to opportunities and gives us the power to actively pursue our goals. This year is not about dreaming and planning, but about taking creative action. This is a call for active participation. Whatever ideas you have had simmering away, it is time to honour them. Trust in your uniqueness, step out of your comfort zone and move forward. Remember that failure does not exist. It is an ego reaction that forces us to feel shame. By taking creative action on our ideas, we only have learning and wisdom to gain. Stay open minded and flexible and enjoy this time of growth.

Emotional Choice

Our emotions affect all our choices and decisions. Every emotion we feel is neither good nor bad, but necessary. Each emotion has a balance of positive and negative effects on our well-being. This coming year, our emotions are in the spotlight. We have a choice in how we want to deepen our emotional awareness. We increase emotional awareness by experiencing emotion. We can block emotions with our mind and numb them with medication and substances. We can choose to ride them out and experience them no matter how uncomfortable, the highs and the lows. The more we allow ourselves to feel, the clearer our decision making becomes. 2024 brings a vast range of emotions for us to explore. This is perfect as we are emotional beings. Emotions don’t have to be serious. Have you ever found yourself laughing and crying at the same time? Life is meant to be experienced, so jump in with both feet and feel your way through.

 Deepening Connections for Unity

Connections and relationships strengthen our experience of oneness. When we are in alignment with our self and the world around us, we feel complete. We are more at peace. 2024 is asking us to increase our trust in our connections. Everyone in our lives has a part to play in our journey of self-discovery. By deepening our connection with ourselves, we deepen our connection with the Divine. By increasing our love for ourselves, we strengthen our unity with Spirit. After all, we are love, we are spirit, and we are all One.

Balancing our Masculine and Feminine

We are a blend of masculine and feminine energy. Our masculine energy protects, and our feminine energy nurtures. Our response to every situation calls for a different mix of both. Our physical gender is irrelevant. When we are out of balance it can cause a destructive influence on our lives. We are learning to balance our masculine and feminine energy by altering the flow of each throughout the day, just like when we blend hot and cold water out of one tap. It takes some trial and error. Society takes a very stereotypical view of gender which only serves to confuse us. This year, we can explore our masculine and feminine energy and learn more about harmonising ourselves. The more we align with this, the more we align with our circumstances. Be gentle with yourself. We are like babies learning to walk. Mastering our energy can take many lifetimes.

Intuitive Breathing for Truth

We all want to be right. We love the feeling of increased self-worth we get when we prove our point. This year focuses on absorbing our truth. Breathing in our own unique truth and breathing it out without forcing it on anyone else. We can use our body as a container for our truth. Our truth belongs to us. Energy frequencies in 2024 can help us feel safe and secure within ourselves. They can help us understand that our reality is based on our perception and understanding and cannot be the same as anyone else’s. remain openminded allow your truth to flow with the rhythm of your breath. Your truth changes with every experience you have. Some are subtle, some profound. The more flexible you can be, the healthier your relationship between body and mind.

We are on a voyage of self-discovery. Laughter eases the intensity and connects us with joy. Let laughter and humour be your guide no matter where you find yourself this coming year.
