December Energy Report 2023

Key Dates –

12/13th - New Moon in Sagittarius – Exploring the subconscious. Setting intentions for the rest of the year and powering up for 2024. Balancing energy outside with energy within.

21/22nd – Solstice – Powerful portal energy for transformation. Manifesting, spiritual connection, creativity, goal setting, opportunity, motivation, confidence, clarity, vision.

27th – Full Moon in Cancer – Tuning into our emotions. Reflecting on 2023. Deep healing and letting go to bring through how we want to feel in 2024.

It’s the last month of the calendar year and we are busy! It has been a transformational year, and we are not stopping now. There is often much to do in our physical lives in the run up to Christmas, and this theme continues within our energetic life. Our heart, mind and soul are expanding at a crazy rate which can leave us running to catch up with ourselves. We may feel a push-pull effect as everything is requiring our attention at the same time.

This energy is mixture of opposites that is bringing us to a crescendo of energetic development for the year. On the one hand it is fiery, dynamic, and expansive which is supporting our call to action. At the same time, it is introspective and exploratory, pushing our intuition to open further. What an incredible opportunity we are being given!

Energy is infinite and knows no limits. As human beings we have physical limits. We hold energy within our physical bodies and put it to use in our environment. We direct it and create with it. We are like the composer of an energetic symphony learning to master each frequency. To hold those frequencies in place we create boundaries, and they may well be tested this month. We cannot be everywhere at once so do not push yourself to do the impossible. Relationships may be tested as we are empowered to hold true to ourselves. When communicating with others, give yourself a moment to pause, and breathe before answering. Answer from your heart. That way, your values will speak for you and your boundaries will work for you. You can say “no” as often and as kindly as you like.

It is easy to get swept up in the whirlwind of activity, and we need to take care not to burn out. It is up to us to balance this energy out. To use this energy at its best potential we may need to schedule in some quiet reflective time throughout the month so the opportunity for spiritual growth does not pass us by. Balance is vital here, but not easy to acquire. We are balancing future plans and inspired action with a deep spiritual knowing that none of it matters. It’s like thinking and not thinking at the same time. A tricky task for us humans! If we wrestle with this too long, we will just become frustrated and tie ourselves in knots. The best way through is to feel. We intuitively know when we’ve pushed things too far because we feel it. We feel like we need to take a break and get our mind off things. So, if things are getting a bit much, listen to your intuition and do exactly that, even if it is just 10 minutes a day.

To add to our confusion, we are also juggling the explosive action of the outside world with deep exploration of our subconscious. This will be especially noticeable after Mercury retrogrades on the 12th. It does not need to be hard though. Make things easy for yourself by writing down your thoughts. There is too much going on to keep it all in our heads.

December energy is dynamic. We are sharpening our focus for the year to come whilst staying as present as possible. Gather up all that vitality and push it into your creations for 2024, then go and have some fun. We need to be aware of getting too far ahead of ourselves or we’ll miss December completely!

The Solstice brings a portal of opportunity, creativity, confidence, and motivation. It is powerfully transformative. This is a great time to socialise and set manifesting goals. The sun is the centre of our Universe, so use its magic and set your intentions. We can receive a lot of clarity at this time, so stay open enough to view things from a different perspective.

As energy sensitive beings, it is important we protect our energy. To keep your enthusiasm fired up and your vibrations high be selective with whom you share your exciting plans with. You have worked hard to take your creativity to the next level. There is no point in discussing your plans with someone who wants to stamp out your fire.

You are the Master of your Universe. Create with abandon. Come back to the beat of your heart to stay calm, balanced, and whole.
